Alemany Island Panel Work Day

Dates: Saturday, October 10 and Sunday, October 18

Time: 10am-1pm

Location: Meet at the yellow title panel on San Bruno Avenue (near Rickard Street)

Come help maintain this local community-made treasure! Panels painted by 44 local households, 3 classrooms and 1 firehouse—many first-time painters. Please bring your mask and water bottle to stay hydrated! This will be a socially distanced event.

Saturday, October 10: We’ll wash down all the panels on San Bruno Avenue. We’ll transport water, supply spray bottles, rags, soap, trash bags and gloves. Please bring your water bottle to stay hydrated!

Sunday, October 18: We’ll sheer coat most of the panels, brightening their colors and ensuring longer life!
